Reporting rules

How to report incidents fairly and effectively.

Report facts

Describe what happened, when and how. Do not use insults or assumptions. Only state details that were actually used in the communication.

Attach evidence

Order, CMR, invoice, e-mail communication (an EML file preserves headers), payment statement, photos. Without evidence an incident cannot be confirmed.

One report per case

You can have one open report per company. Add new information to the existing report.

Identity misuse

If a fraudster acted in the name of an existing company, choose the type Misuse of identity. The real company will not be flagged, only the contacts used are linked.

Review

The administrator may verify the report, ask for more information, mark it as unconfirmed or reject it. Only a neutral summary is public.

Reporter credibility

Verified reports increase and rejected reports decrease the internal credibility score. Repeated false reports lead to account blocking.

Objections

The company concerned can file an objection. During its assessment the published information may be adjusted or hidden.
