cargover.eu is used to check business partners and to share information about security incidents in road freight transport. It is not a freight exchange.
Nature of information
Information is supportive. The decision to cooperate is always the user's. Matching data or a recorded suspicion are not proof of unlawful conduct.
User obligations
Users provide true information, do not misuse the system to harm competitors and do not download data automatically.
Reports
The reporter is responsible for the content of a report. A knowingly false report leads to account blocking and may have legal consequences.
Plans
The platform is in test mode and all features are temporarily free of charge. Paid plans will only be introduced after notice.
Liability
The operator is not liable for decisions users make on the basis of information from the platform, but makes reasonable efforts to ensure its accuracy.
