How it works
How the information you see is created and how we protect companies against false reporting.
- 1
Profiles from public registers
Company profiles are created automatically from official registers (VIES, ARES, KRS, GLEIF) or by manual verification. The company does not need to be registered.
- 2
Check before the transport
Search a partner by name, company ID, VAT ID, e-mail, phone, IBAN or plate. You see the identity status, incidents and links.
- 3
Incident report
Verified company accounts can report fraud with evidence. The report is not public until an administrator reviews it.
- 4
Administrator review
The administrator checks evidence, registers, reporter independence and links, and publishes only a neutral summary.
- 5
Objection and correction
The company concerned can file an objection at any time. We correct or remove incorrect data.
Protection against false reporting
- Only approved company accounts with a verified e-mail and phone can report.
- No report is published automatically.
- A single unverified report never changes the public status of a company.
- Report limits and one open report per company and reporter.
- Internal reporter credibility score based on the outcomes of their reports.
- Right to object for every company concerned, even without registration.
- All administrator decisions are audited in a tamper-evident log.
Sources and reliability
For every datum we record the source, date obtained, date of last check and the result. Registers without a public API are checked manually and the result is clearly marked.
