A single unverified report never changes a company's public status.
Fraudsters change company names, but often reuse the same phones, e-mails, bank accounts and vehicles. These are the traces we connect.
Company profiles are created from public registers. A carrier does not need to be registered for you to check it.
The system detects when the same phone, e-mail, IBAN or plate appeared at another company or incident.
VIES, RPO, ARES, KRS, GLEIF, the JISCD carrier register and the Slovak VAT payer list are checked automatically, other registers manually. Every datum shows its source and date.
Reports are never published automatically. An administrator reviews them against the evidence first.
Competitors cannot harm a company by repeated reporting. Reporter verification, limits and the right to object apply.
Sensitive data is encrypted, contacts are shown only to the necessary extent and every administrator action is audited.
We distinguish the verification of a company identity from the status of security incidents. A suspicion is never the same as a confirmed incident.
An administrator verified the company identity using documents or the register, and the company manages its profile.
The profile was created from a register or a registration; the identity has not yet been verified by documents.
There is no incident reviewed by an administrator.
There is a signal calling for caution – e.g. a contact shared with a confirmed incident. It is not confirmed fraud.
An administrator is investigating a report that passed the initial check. The outcome is not yet known.
An administrator verified the incident on the basis of evidence.
